Hypefly operates an authenticated marketplace for premium and limited-edition products including sneakers, streetwear, fitness wearables, beauty and skincare products, collectibles, luxury bags, and technology accessories. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, merchants, and contributors of content.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, restrict sales by geography, and discontinue any product at our sole discretion. We do not manufacture any of the products sold on our platform. Any manufacturer warranty or guarantee is subject to the terms of the respective brand and is separate from our Authentication Guarantee detailed in Section 6B.

SECTION 6 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions on our platform, and to promptly update your account details as necessary.

SECTION 6A — ORDER PROCESSING, CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY

Once an order has been placed and accepted by us, it enters our sourcing and processing pipeline immediately. Once an order has been sourced, processed, or dispatched, it is considered final and binding. No cancellations, modifications, or edits — including but not limited to changes in size, colour, quantity, shipping address, or product selection — will be accepted or entertained after this stage.

By placing an order on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that Hypefly bears no obligation to accommodate any such requests once the order has entered the sourcing or processing stage. Any request for cancellation or modification submitted after this point shall be deemed void and shall not be binding on Hypefly in any manner. This policy exists because our products are sourced specifically to fulfil each individual order, and cancellations at any stage result in direct financial loss to us and our vendor partners.

Pre-orders are subject to the same policy. Once a pre-order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified regardless of the expected delivery timeline.

SECTION 6B — AUTHENTICATION GUARANTEE

Hypefly operates exclusively as an authenticated marketplace. Every product listed and sold through our platform is subject to our internal authentication process, which includes verification of product origin, condition, and legitimacy before dispatch.

We guarantee that all products sold through Hypefly are authentic and not counterfeit. In the event that a product is proven to be inauthentic — as determined solely by Hypefly or an agreed third-party authenticator — we will provide a full refund. This Authentication Guarantee is the only unconditional guarantee we extend and applies exclusively to product authenticity.

This guarantee does not extend to sizing preferences, colour accuracy as displayed on your device, or any expectation not explicitly represented in our product listings. The Authentication Guarantee cannot be invoked after a product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All sales on Hypefly are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges as a standard policy. Exceptions may be considered solely at the discretion of Hypefly in cases where a product is received in a damaged or materially defective condition. Any claim of damage or defect must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographic or video evidence. Whether a claim qualifies for a return or replacement is determined entirely at Hypefly's sole discretion, and our decision shall be final and binding.

SECTION 8 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Mumbai via our appointed courier partners. Standard orders are double-boxed to ensure safe and secure delivery. Pre-orders carry an estimated delivery window of 26 to 28 working days from the date of order confirmation. Instant ship orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events. Hypefly shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners. Risk of loss and title for all products passes to you upon dispatch from our warehouse.

SECTION 9 — OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may provide access to third-party tools and services over which we have no control. Such tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We shall have no liability arising from your use of any optional third-party tools. Any use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.
