• Hype Fly India does not entertain any returns or refunds due to a change of mind.

• Returns will only be entertained if the product is damaged/ flawed or if the wrong product is delivered.

• To return an order, email us at contact@hypefly.co.in.

• The Hype Fly Team will analyze your request for a return. If it is approved, you will have to ship the product in the exact same conditions as when it was received. All extra accessories/ items must be intact and have to be returned.

• The product must be returned in Hype Fly India’s box in which the item was originally received. In case the packaging box is damaged, you are required to pack the product in another protective carton or cardboard box and secure it with thick tape. This is to ensure that the products do not get damaged on return, for which you will be liable.

• In case you have received a product that is incorrect or differs in size from what has been ordered due to an error on our part, we will replace it, subject to stock availability. If the correct product is not available, we will refund the total billed amount to the payment source or alternatively, in the form of store credit. Please note that this store credit will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue.

• We do not offer returns or exchanges if the product does not fit due to incorrect size selection during your order process. We encourage all our customers to carefully review their orders and utilize our size guide to ensure the best fit. It is your responsibility to select the correct size when placing an order, and we are unable to accommodate exchanges or returns in such cases.
