PARTIAL PAYMENT ORDERS — IMPORTANT NOTICE

For orders placed under the Partial Payment (Cash on Delivery) option, the upfront amount paid at checkout is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including refusal of delivery, change of mind, cancellation, or any return or exchange request initiated by the customer. A refund of the upfront amount will only be issued at Hypefly's sole discretion, upon mutual written agreement, and in accordance with Section 6C of our Terms of Service. By placing a Partial Payment order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to Section 6C of our Terms of Service in full.

Hypefly India Products Private Limited ("we" and "us") is the operator of https://www.hypefly.co.in/. By purchasing an item through this website you will be agreeing to the provisions mentioned below.

Hypefly India does not entertain any returns or refunds due to a change of mind.

Returns will only be entertained if the product received is damaged, flawed, or if an incorrect item is delivered. Please note that we cannot process returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

• If the product has been worn, used, or shows any signs of wear.
• If the original packaging, including the shoe box and any accompanying accessories, tags, or labels, is missing or damaged.
• For any refund or exchange, the product must be in brand-new condition, exactly as it was delivered, and must include all original packaging and accessories.

To return an order, email us at contact@hypefly.co.in within 7 working days of receiving the order.

All return or exchange requests must include the order ID, query details, and in the case of an exchange, the reason for the request. Supporting pictures or videos must be attached to substantiate any claims. Emails will be addressed within 24 to 36 hours in the case of disputes.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the correct size was ordered and delivered.

If the return is approved by the Hypefly team, the product must be shipped back in the exact same condition as it was received. All additional accessories or items must also be intact and returned. The return process, once approved, typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the time the product is shipped back to us.

In the rare case where a refund is granted, solely at the discretion of Hypefly, the refund timeline may vary based on the payment method, taking anywhere from 1 to 7 working days.

The product must be returned in the Hypefly India packaging in which the item was originally received. In case the packaging box is damaged, you are required to pack the product in another protective carton or cardboard box and secure it with thick tape. This is to ensure that the products do not get damaged on return, for which you will be liable.

In case you have received a product that is incorrect or differs in size from what has been ordered due to an error on our part, we will replace it, subject to stock availability. If the correct product is not available, we will refund the total billed amount to the original payment source or alternatively in the form of store credit. Please note that store credit will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue.

We do not offer returns or exchanges if the product does not fit due to incorrect size selection during the order process. We encourage all customers to carefully review their orders and utilise our size guide to ensure the best fit. It is your responsibility to select the correct size when placing an order, and we are unable to accommodate exchanges or returns in such cases.
