• Mobile / WhatsApp number

• Order history, preferences and purchase details
• Payment reference information (processed by PayU, Snapmint and GoKwik — we do not store full card details)

• Pages viewed, time spent, search queries on the Platform and referral URLs

• Account data: for the duration of your account and a reasonable period thereafter, unless you request deletion
• Marketing data: until you opt out or request deletion
• Device and analytics data: in aggregated or anonymised form for up to 2 years

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyse usage and support advertising:

We will respond to all valid requests within 30 days. In some cases we may be unable to delete data that must be retained under applicable law.

10. Marketing Communications and Opt-Out

We send promotional communications by email, SMS or WhatsApp only where you have opted in. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, replying STOP to any SMS or WhatsApp message, or emailing contact@hypefly.co.in. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications about your orders.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, including:

• Hosting on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with industry-standard security configurations
• HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted via the Platform
• Payment data handled exclusively by PCI-DSS compliant gateways (PayU, Snapmint, GoKwik) — we do not store full card numbers
• Access to personal data limited to authorised personnel

No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the DPDP Act.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies before providing any personal data.
